| What file formats do you accept?
| Our online rendering process allows you to upload a pdf, tif or jpg file format and will convert it automatically. If you are using a different file format, please contact customer service for assistance in getting your art uploaded and ready to proof.
| Which file formats provide the best results?
| JustPrint.com will work with any file format to get beautiful printed results, but we recommend PDFx1a or higher for the best color and font management. This format provides the lowest possibility of error. Regardless of the format you choose, be sure that your design meets the following requirements:
Images are at least 300 dpi. Your bleed is at least .125" past the trim line. Fonts are outlined or embedded as appropriate for your software. Black text is 100% black and large black solids are rich black (C60/M40/Y40/K100). Black solids will appear dark gray if they are not created as a rich black.
JustPrint.com provides a free checklist you can download and print out. Verify all items on the checklist. This checklist addresses the most common problems with artwork. Use it to help your print job go as smoothly as possible.
| When do I upload my files?
| You will be asked to upload your files after you complete the check out process. Your files will be automatically converted to a PDF proof. After you view your proof, you can send your order to press or reject your artwork and upload new files. If you decide to do so, you can log out of your JustPrint.com account and log back in later to upload your files at another time. You will not be charged for additional electronic proofs.
| How do I place an order?
| Placing an order is simple. Choose what you want from our list of products, select your custom options in the JustPrices calculator and you'll see your price immediately. When you have your job configured, add it to your cart. Select your shipping and artwork options in the cart, then proceed to Check Out. After Check Out you'll be asked to upload your art through our site and your proof will be ready in just a few minutes. View your free electronic proof and if it's ready to go, send it to press by pressing the "JustPrint" button next to your image. If you decide you want to make changes, reject your PDF proof and upload new art whenever you're ready. You can upload art as many times as necessary for your job to look the way you want and you won't be charged extra. Remember that you can't make changes to an order after you've sent it to press.
